We have installed OJS 2.4.8.1 on our server. I am working as a manager to manage the site
and as an Editor-in-Chief as well. It was working well. However, a few days back both of user ids got blocked and now I cannot access my journal. My user IDs are as follows:

Now I am stuck. A lot of submissions reviews have been made but I cannot access
any of my account.

Dear Editor-in-Chief,

You should contact your admin to reinstate your account (this would most likely be the person who created the OJS installation) or another Journal Manager in the system. Both of these roles will be able to enable your account and make sure you have the needed roles or inform you as to why the accounts have been disabled.
