and our sidebar is not showing … we really don’t know what is the issue … we are new to the system
our OJS version by the way is version 3.1.2.0 …thank you so much!!

These key titles are located in locale.xml file within locale/en_US/ folder.
So, either that file doesn’t contain these key titles, or the file may be missing completely.
You may download ojs v.3.1.2-4 from https://pkp.sfu.ca/ojs/ojs_download/ and upload to its folder
