I am trying to import users to OJS. But when I am entering the username different from email id, its not showing me any error but at backend, it does not import the user. But when I enter username same as my email id, it imports the user.
Would be great if someone could assist me with this issue.

You said you didn’t get an error upon import, but did you find any errors in your PHP error log? And where are you importing the users from? A previous version of OJS?

No I did not get any error for php and I was trying to import the users from EJpress.
But as of now my error for users import is solved and I am now trying to import the articles from EJpress to OJS3.
In that I am trying to include DOI for an article.
Can you help me with the correct format and where to place the DOI tag.
As of now the XML format I am using to import is as given below:
