Issue with adding a registered user on one journal to another

Hi,
we use OJS 3.3.0.6 and we have 2 journals.
In one of them, a journal manager was added as a user and he can be engaged in editorial workflow. Although he can login to the second journal with the same username and password, he does not appear in the list of users in the second journal. Meanwhile, we could not add him manually, since it says that a user with the same e-mail and username already exists.
How could we fix this issue?

Hi @Ana_N

You don’t need to “add” that user again. Simply use another editor account, and go to the Users area in the second journal, and search for the first account (check off the box that says “find users not enrolled in this journal”). You can then edit their account and check off the Journal Manager box.
