Issue Upgrade from ojs-3.1.2-4 to ojs-3.3.0-4

Hi,
I am upgrading ojs-3.1.2-4 to ojs-3.3.0-4 but in my ojs-3.1.2-4 old installation table email_templates_data missing in DB and till now we didn’t face any issue while running old version. But when we are trying to upgrade it says table missing. Any idea how to create in new upgrade or we can reset email template and then is it possible to create…

Can you post the output of your php error log that indicates the message about your DB issue? This will help us to troubleshoot further.

Hi, We are getting below error, please help.

Errors occurred during installation:

  • A database error has occurred: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1005 Can’t create table granthaalayah_ijrg_db_new.submission_file_revisions (errno: 150 “Foreign key constraint is incorrectly formed”) (SQL: alter table submission_file_revisions add constraint submission_file_revisions_submission_file_id_foreign foreign key (submission_file_id) references submission_files (submission_file_id))

Hi,

We were able to upgrade OJS3.3.0.5, but we are facing issue when we try to add Reviewer we are getting error of JSON failed. Below is PHP error log, please help.

Hi, Any update.

We are still not able to add reviewer after update to latest OJS, this problem we are facing in production, so bit urgent for us. We are unable to add reviwer. Any suggestion will help to debug issue. Please.

Can you please let us know the query fired on Add Reviewer button, we will try to run on our DB and optimize. We are not able to find with debug option.
