I am transferring my OJS website from one server to another. Is there any way to take backup and restore it automatically? If yes, please help.
Or I need to do it manually?

Have you looked at the OJS backup plugin? It’s in the plugin gallery. GitHub - asmecher/backup: backup generation for OJS 3.x
It won’t do a restore for you, but it might help you get your content off of the first server.
