Is there any incompatibility of OJS 2.4.8-3 with php7? I made the update on the server and the application is not running anymore.

OJS 2.x is currently not PHP7 compatible. PHP7 introduced at least one new class that was already a name used by OJS. I’d suggest either downgrading to PHP5.6 or upgrading your OJS to 3.x.
