Emails have not been sending out to journal editors/submitter for about two weeks. We have fixed that issue but, there were quite a few emails that didn’t go out for these journals. Is there a way to have these emails resend or recover these emails?
There are reminders in place for some but, I’m not even sure if those reminders went out from that timeframe.
What application are you using?
