Good morning I would like to know if the plugin ‘Registration Notification’ (GitHub - pkp/registrationNotification: Registration Notification Plugin for OJS) is ready to be used in an OJS 3408 installation. Or at least, is there any schedule for compatibility?

Not as of yet, so far as I can tell. A handy way to determine this is (for other plugins as well) to check our plugin compatibility tool:
https://pkp.github.io/plugin-compatibility/index.html
If you see a version number with a link to it for that particular plugin, that demonstrates that the plugin has been tested against a given version. It appears that this plugin has not, as of yet.
It looks like @bozana has been active on this recently. She may wish to comment if there are plans to upgrade the compatibility of this plugin.
