We were working with email review process for several years, and we tried to change to standard process but, the system do not open the window to send emails for reviewers. If we go back to email review process everything works well.

When you say the system does not open the window to send emails, what do you mean? Screenshots might be helpful. (Also, I presume you’re asking about OJS. What version of OJS are you using?)
