Is it possible that the authors suggest 3 reviewers in OJS 3?

Is it possible that the authors suggest 3 reviewers’ names during the submission? [name, address, email, area].

Well, authors can do that in notes to editor ro suggest to reviewers to register with journal. But, the point is that review is done primarily with academic rigor. Thus, relationships with reviewers can decrease objective and independent peer-review.
