When I click on the url that we put inside the pdf galley, the message “invalid number request” appears and this appears in the browser’s address bar: authorizationDenied?message=user.authorization.invalidIssue

It seems that you have links embedded on your PDF files that are not working, is that right?
Maybe you should review your workflow and tools to convert your document to PDF and ensure.
Also, there is a step-by-step procedure to allow PDFs to open external links:

It is not an issue related to OJS directly.
