Interface glitch in article metadata OJS 3.0.2.0

I realized that when I stretch the field for references in article metadata form other fields got stretched too. See attach. I can live with that, but I think that should be cleaner.

How did you stretch that field?

Bottom-right corner that is angle of that field that allows stretching like text boxes so When I place the mouse cursor there and drag it gets stretched. But, it stretches above fields too and all of them are out of Metadata form as my attachment/screenshot shows. ( I used the Manuscript theme if that is important.)
