Hi, I’m not a programmer and I’m helping out with a magazine. I want to install the keyword cloud plugin but my plugin window is empty. I’ve also downloaded the .zip file and installed it but it gives the same message that the colleague mentioned above. can anybody help me?

It’s probably best to discuss your issue in a new thread. Is it your plugin gallery that is showing a blank page? Have you checked your PHP error logs? and, if so, please report on any errors from that log here. Also, please indicate your OJS version number (e.g. 3.3.0-13).
