Hello, I am facing this problem: every time I try to send a file to review, the system goes into a loop and does not finish the task. I appreciate if someone could help me, because this is a crucial step in the submission/post process.

Are you able to check your PHP error logs for any relevant messages from there? That usually gives a better indication of what the issue is.

Hmm… that’s not all that helpful in determining what the issue is - usually PHP error logs provide more details as to what the error might be. This post provides more details on how to find that: How do I find my PHP error log? - you might need the help of your systems administrator if you don’t have the appropriate level of access.
