I am unable to add and delete anything on the Open Journal System. It is shows like

Which screenshot? You forgot to add it.
What does your PHP error log indicate when you click on the issues menu.

When I go to view the error_log file it shows- Internal Server Error

This is from Apache error log and doesn’t help. We need the excerpt from the PHP error log.

Could you please check your browser console log as well? And I also recommend to upgrade your journal installation to the latest OJS version: OJS 3.3.0-14 since it has an expressive amount of fixing issues.

/home/support4/public_html/ijellh.com/home/terms.php isn’t a PHP file that is installed and required by the OJS application.
Please check first, for what this is needed and whether your OJS installation is secured.
I have removed terms.php file. But my issue is not fixed. Can you provide me with your valuable inputs.

It seems your OJS is redirecting requests to an “OJS” folder. The domain https://ijellh.com/ and the folder https://ijellh.com/OJS are returning the same home page.
Could you please review if you have some overlap of requests to the folder?

The problem is that I am not getting any error lof after March 7th. What to do
