Impossible Submission

File submission is impossible, only the message “Loading” shows up
after finishing step one of the submission process
see screenshot. It seems, that a ‘file upload’-button is missing somehow.

This is on OJS 3.1.1.4, and the problem appears to be limited to
the regular submission process, QuickSubmit works as expected.

Any ideas about where this problem may come from ?

Resolved, turned out to be a problem with apache rewrite rules being too strict.
