importing article without going through the submission process in ocs
Ultilizar am new to this system and I’m trying for some time to file articles in ocs system without having to go through the submission process.

I appreciate the help.

Hi @Murillo_Roseno,

You can always use the OCS import function to import papers from an XML file. If you don’t know how to create the XML file, I would recommend you to export the existing papers you have in your installation and use that file as a base.

After the XML file has been created has some setting that is necessary to put together the file or can import it directly?

@Murillo_Roseno,

After you created your XML file with the data related to the new papers you want to import in, you just have to go to the import papers page, upload the file and check the result. The system will fail if the XML file had some problem (usually typos and/or unclosed nodes, etc).
