Has anyone worked on an import of data from NLM DTD Journal Archiving with OASIS Tables v3.0?

I’ll need to transform this schema into the OJS 3.1 / 3.2 native schema for import.

Given that JATS 1.0 is “fully backward compatible” with NLM Journal Archiving 3.0, I believe this is the same question as asking:
Has anyone worked to import data from a series of JATS files into OJS? (That is, using the JATS to create OJS XML for import.)
