Import/export plugin from ocs to ojs

Hi,

How I can programming new import/export plugin for OJS 3, if I need export issues from OCS to my OJS.

I think may can modify Native plugin?

There is a standalone tool here that can convert your OCS export XML into OJS 3.1.2 XML. If you have any questions about it let me know:
