I am developer who worked for one of my client and build ojs forum site

I have done with all just want help in one task
I want to set this page http://dev.imenso.co/ojsnew/index.php/Articel/issue/view/19 as a home page and also want to show info that i have currently on my home page i.e. want to show show “table of content” section on home page
Can anyone help me to fix this.
