I installed OJS 3.1.0 successfully and whenever I try to login to OJS it shows page not working

Hello Guys,

I installed OJS 3.1.0 successfully, then I click on login it shows “Page not working”. Screenshot is attached please help me that how can I resolve this issue to get login to OJS dashboard.

  • OJS Version: 3.1.0
  • Installation Successful
  • When I click on login after successful installation it shows the following error
    ojsss

No Error message in Log file.
I need to resolve this issue please help me.

Hi @pjhssr,

A HTTP 500 error should always correspond with something in your error log. Depending on your server environment, you might have several logs to check – e.g. an Apache log that’s kept separate from a PHP log.
