I have change footer but if we using Bootstrap 3 footer display default details

We are using OJS 3.3.0.10.

We have changed footer details and if we are using default theme, then footer displaying changed details.

But if we use bootstrap 3 theme, then footer not displaying changed details. It’s showing default footer.

I’ve made a test on OJS testdrive Install and I could add the info and show it on Footer section:

Would you like to remove PKP logo from footer and make the text center-aligned?
To achieve it, you will need to change the footer with a child theme, editing a template and adjusting via CSS.
