I can't install OJS. After submit Instal OJS nothing happen

After submit Instal OJS nothing happen
I already try many times, same thing happen, just reload and nothing happen
No error log

Did you check the apache logs? You can find them in /var/logs.

No /var/logs.

I try to unzip and install OJS Version 2.4.8.5

After submit show fatal error.
Please help either ojs-3.1.2-1 or Version 2.4.8.5,

Hello, you need to know your PHP version! try to install your OJS3 in php 7!
