I cant activate modules at OMP, my admin account said i have not rigths to doit

I have troubles with my OMP installation, when i want to make a module activation, as the one of translate, OMP said I´m not the user with enough privileges to make it

Hi @Gurulandio,

If you are trying to install plugins on an OMP 3.x site, you can only do so if you are the Administrator of the site. A Journal Manager cannot install plugins. There can only be one Administrator on an OMP site. You will need to contact the Administrator and ask them to do it.

but im the administrator, the page said error when i try to do to.

Another question i have its that i don’t know where i must to do changes for translation

this is a picture of the pug in i want to install

Hi @Gurulandio,

Usually the Translator plugin is installed by default and you just need to enable it under installed plugins. But if you don’t see it and you can’t install it, you should check your PHP error log for more information.

Hi all,

Actually, the translator plugin generally isn’t installed with OJS. If you’re having trouble installing it, I’d suggest checking your PHP error log.
