¿A alguien le ha sucedido esto?

Gracias

Hi @mejiamariod,

Your server isn’t properly detecting that the file is an HTML file. See this FAQ entry for details.

Thanks

But there are many articles that do appear, for example those of this other magazine on the same server

Hi @mejiamariod,

Yes, but it appears this file was not detected correctly. You can check for yourself in the file_type column of the article_files table (OJS 2.x) or submission_files table (OJS 3.x).

Hi

Ready, I did it. In the column file_type was application/xml I changed it to application/html and I already show it.

The problem is that previously there was no problem, that magazine uses the XML format to generate PDF and HTML and that problem began to appear to do little. That could be happening?

Hi @mejiamariod,

OJS uses one of several standard system tools for determining file types, depending on what is available on your server – there’s a FAQ entry describing this in more detail. It looks like for some reason your specific HTML file was mis-identified (probably due to some quirk in its contents confusing the type detection tool).
