HTML galleys opening in the main window instead of a frame/iframe across OJS 3.5 branch with Health Sciences Theme

I have identified a persistent issue with HTML article proofs that do not display within OJS’s standard frame or iframe container when using the official ‘Health Sciences’ theme in OJS 3.5. Instead of displaying the top navigation bar and the embedded HTML file, the browser loads the entire HTML document in the main window, which disrupts navigation on the journal’s website.

If I switch the journal’s appearance to the Default Theme, the HTML galleys load perfectly inside the standard frameset wrapper. This confirms the OJS core and the plugin are fine.

I tested this behavior on clean installations across different subversions: it occurs identically on OJS 3.5.0-3 and OJS 3.5.0-5 whenever the Health Sciences theme is active.

To discard migration or custom code issues, the tests were conducted on newly created test journals with default configurations.

Has this bug been registered by the development team?, or is there an updated patch or a recommended workaround to resolve the issue in this thread for the 3.5 branch?

I’m flagging one of my developer colleagues @kaitlin here who has worked on the repository previously and may be able to comment further. I’m not sure whether this is considered a default behaviour or if it would classify as a bug..
