HTML articles (OJS3)

Hi,

When I put an HTML file for publication, the file is downloaded automatically as soon as I click on the link. How do I make it open as the PDF file opens?

Hi @filipekjp,

Do you have the HTML galley plugin enabled in your Plugins area?

If so, and it still isn’t presenting as expected, it’s likely that OJS isn’t detecting the file’s MIME type properly. Check the submission_files table to see if you can find it there to confirm.

Thanks @asmecher,

The plugin was enabled, but it was not translated. I generated a new .xml file for the Portuguese translation and I’m going to test it to see if it works.

Hi @asmecher

The plugin is working normally when I send an html file.

But how do I send a file with the css and image folders? OJS accepts sending only one file.

Hi @filipekjp,

After uploading the HTML file, you should be able to Edit the galley and find there a grid containing dependent files. That’s where you’d upload CSS, images, etc. to go with the HTML file.
