Dear colleagues,
I have an editor who accidentally logged a decision and created a new round of review that she did not intend to. Is there a way the admin can revert that?
Thank you!

I have the same problem, have you found a solution yet?
Thank you

Hi @pvrcr,
We don’t have any solution to this yet. So had only one such incident which we manually contact the author to clarify the matter.
Cheers~

Thanks, we will keep on trying.
May I revive this thread please… to be able to cancel a review round which was initiated in error in very important. Sometimes a time-out error generates a repeated new round of review, and this is very frustrating. Especially for editors who may not have the same confidence on the system as editorial office staff.
Thank you
Lucia
Hi @lsteele,
Starting with OJS 3.4 it’s now possible to revert (delete) a new review round, as long as review activity has not yet been performed on it.
