How to revert a declined paper back in submissions (OJS3)?

Is there a way to revert a declined decision and bring the submission back from the Archived submissions?

Hi @vebaev,

You should be able to to do this by recording a new decision over top of the old reject/archive action.

I recorded Resubmit for review it has status with new Round:

Round 2 Status
Submission has been resubmitted for review.

but the submission stayed Declined in Archive?
