How to remove prefilling from a custom reviewer form

Hello,

we use OJS 3.1.0-1. We have made a custom review for our journal with questions that must be answered by clicking “yes” or “no” and free text boxes. The questions part comes prefilled with “yes” ticked in all cases. We would like to have the form empty in order not guide the reviewer and to be sure that a reviewer really has considered each question. How can we remove the prefilling?

Hi all, The OJS 3 has unpleasant “feature” regarding the reviewers form. When a reviewer opens a review form with radio buttons the first button is per default selected (e.g. yes/no - yes is selected). On the contrary OJS 2 shows all radio buttons unselected. The problem is that a reviewer is not forced to fill the reviewers form and can simply send the filled form without looking at it.
