How to remove "Login or Register to make a submission"

I’m wondering what is the best way to remove this? We have authors bypass the system and send articles directly to an email in the paragraph below.

in Users & Roles > Site Access Options

User Registration: The Journal Manager will register all user accounts. Editors or Section Editors may register user accounts for reviewers.

Thanks, @t4x0n. I checked and that option was actually checked. I tried checking the other option, saving, and checking the correct option and saving. There was no change.

I noticed this after we upgraded to the new version of OJS. I can’t recall if it was present before. I don’t think so, but I’m not certain.

Edit: I was able to remove the default submissions page entirely, and create a custom page called “Submissions” with just the text. That fixes the problem. Thanks.
