How to make title and abstract in second language required?

Hello,
When entering submission metadata i need to make reqiured title and abstract in two languages. We use Polish as primary locale and English. While fields in Polish are required, fields in English may be left blank. How to make them required?

At the moment this is not possible per default, not supported by the system…
