How to make articles indexed by Google Scholar

Dear @asmecher,

We have a journal with the address http://pewarta.org/ which already has 2 volumes. We do regular checks on Google Scholar, but none of the papers are indexed by Google Scholar.
Are there any settings that I missed and what should I do so that articles can be indexed on Google Scholar?
