How to make all tinymce toolbars the same

can someone help me, how to make all tinymce toolbars the same?
like the following example image:

here’s picture number one:

where I want the toolbar in picture two to be the same as picture number one, because after I edited parts of the file: SiteHandler.js

only image two has changed, while the other tinymce toolbars have not changed, one of which is image number one.

Hi @ympn,

Can you please indicate which version of OJS you’re using (e.g. 3.3.0-13) - please include this in your posts as it assists with troubleshooting. Additionally, do you have the text editors extras plugin enabled?
