How to make a sidebar link to static page OJS 3?

I understand that at the current stage it is not possible to add a link in the navigation menu at the top to a static page. However is it possible to add the link to a created static page in the sidebar?

Hi @vebaev

You can use the Custom Block Manager (under Settings > Website > Plugins > Generic Plugins) to create a new block containing a link to the static page.
