How to include special characters in article title title in OJS 3.3.0.9

Description of issue or problem I’m having:
We have accepted an article that has chemical formula and special character, and the title on the title field in OJS is different from the one in the manuscript. How can I input correct characters in the title field in OJS?

I don’t know whether or not this will work in OJS 3.3 but in the earlier versions, this still works.

No, this doesn’t work anymore in OJS 3.3.
However, for every digit there is a sub- and superscript version in Unicode.
