How to Hide HTML code from displaying in OJS 3.3.0.6 version

Most Latin and Greek science words require that they be in italics in titles of article and abstracts for them to convey the intended meaning. OJS 3.3.0.6, the version of OJS I am using, does not accommodate this, as a result we ended up using html tags to get our way around this limitation, but now the html tags are becoming visible in the title of articles download bar of the pdf file and on the add-on, “How to cite”.

Please see the below screenshots to get a better understanding of what I am trying to explain:

is there any way you can advise we work our way around this problem?

Thanking you in advance. This forum has been very helpful to our service.

I’ve had the similar problem.
I replaced it with the “citationStyleLanguage” folder in OJS version 3.3.0.8. My problem is solved.
You can find this folder in ojs 3.3.0.8.
