How to enable the auto generate thumbnail in OJS?

Currently, I manually upload the cover image of each article. Is there any possibility to create auto generate thumbnail feature in OJS?

The latest version I am using OJS 3.3.0-11 LTS.

Unfortunately, as we know there is no any thumbnail generate feature in the latest OJS version yet.

Yes, this will make the load speed of ojs site may become slower by the big uploaded image size by the user.
