How to enable CC and BCC in OJS

Hello,

Here’s the situation, as editor when i want to assign to reviewer, i cannot add some more recipent in email. The CC and BCC disable. So how to enable this function?

Hi @hizazy,

Do you have one-click reviewer access enabled in the Review Options section of Journal Policies? If so, you won’t be able to add bcc and cc addresses to the reviewer request email, as they can contain special URLs that allow users to perform the reviews without logging in. We need to prevent other users from seeing those URLs.

Yes, it’s enabled. So supposed to disable the option to enable the Cc and
Bcc features?

Hi Hizazy,

Yes, you would have to disable the one-click reviewer access in order to enable the CC and BCC fields. Or another option is to make changes to the code.
