How to delete sumbission from OCS?

I am using OCS 2.3.6. I created a few tested submissions. How can I delete them as author, track director, or site administrator?

As Director, go to the paper’s Summary page; then click “Reject and Archive Submission”; then go to User Home > Director > Archives, and delete the submission from there.

Is it possible to delete users from the conference system?

Yes, using the Conference Manager’s “Merge Users” tool, available in the People area of conference management. (Next time, please post unrelated questions as new topics; that’ll help keep the forum organized.)
