How to delete a test user account?

Continuing the discussion from How do I delete a submission?:

I would like to delete two test users that I have created to try out the system.
Is that possible?

Hi @ania,

unfortunately, deleting a user account in OJS in not possible, because this could break the data structure.

You can, however, merge two user accounts, meaning that all submissions and actions by one user are transferred to another. If you give a dummy name to this trash user account, like “Deleted User”, this will make it clear that the user is deleted.
