Describe the issue or problem
I’m trying to submit DOIs to Crossref, but the task results in an error, and I can’t find any details on what failed, so I can address it.
Steps I took leading up to the issue
For example:
- Go to the “/dois” page in my journal.
- Expand an article.
- Click on the “Deposit DOI(S)” button. The status becomes “Sumitted”.
- After a minute, the status becomes “Error”, but no more information is shown.
