How to close submission?

I am trying to close the submission for the upcoming issue but I could not find how to do that.

I looked at the Workflow to find if the setting is there but I could not find it. I saw in the OJS version 3.3.1.8, there is a checkbox that can be used to open and close the submission.

I looked anywhere in the journal and website setting but I just could not find it.

We are currently using OJS version 3.1.1.4

Hello @languaojs,

The option to inactivate submissions for the entire journal or certain sections was added to OJS 3.3.

To make use of this function, you will need to upgrade to this version of OJS.
