How to cite item not working in just one journal

Hi,

I’m having a problem that happens only with one journal.
How to cite item not working. The pop-up opens, but no data for ABNT, APA, BibTeX or CBE. Curiously, EndNote works well.
I’m using OJS 2.4.8.0 and postgres database.
In my apache log I can see this:

I have no idea what is wrong.

This appears to be related to ConverterGatewayPlugin, which we don’t write or maintain.
