How To Cite Display Information Misleading

Using latest 3.x. www.rnoph.org. We added this issue in 2014 when we creates our Archives from the print journals that were scanned. And while it reports the correct 2001 v. 7, n. 1 and pages, it then says may 2014. This is happening throughout the archives and could result in incorrect citations. Is there any want to shut off display of the How to Cite and Publication Agreements?

Hi @reflections,

How did you enter these back-issues? Using the QuickSubmit plugin, or the regular workflow process, or the XML import/export tools, or something else?

Thanks, I think we used the regular workflow process at first, but then a student figured out how to use QuickSubmit, pretty sure. It never was a problem before because it wasn’t displaying in such an obvious manner.

Hi @reflections,

When using the regular workflow, the submission and publication dates etc. will get stamped automatically with the dates you performed those workflow tasks, leading to odd dates as you describe. The QuickSubmit plugin instead allows you to specify these dates manually, as it’s intended for back-issue content entry. I suspect the wrong dates are on submissions entered through the normal workflow.
