I lost my hosting server, and all the data, I installed OJS3 on another server, then uploaded everything as before,
The problem is I’ve submitted the older links to Higher Education Commission, I can register the links again
Can i change the links in newer installation

Sorry to hear this - what version of OJS are you on (e.g. 3.3.0-13)?
Links, as a general rule are not overly reliable, which is why we promote the use of DOIs.
It’s hard to say if this would be feasible to recreate.

You have the ability to redirect old article URLs to new ones by using a 301 redirect.
