How to assign new roles to existing users

dear all,
In previous ojs, we can assign any roles to existing users through journal manager by directly selecting users and their new roles. However, I have not found that way in ojs 3. I can only assign roles as I add new users through admin.
How do I assign new roles directly as in ojs 2?

Hi @kawahyu,

either in the “settings wizard” or in
User & Roles - > Users → click on the small blue triangle and choose “Edit User” → “Add Role”
you can assign roles.
