How to add extra confirmation to the Step 4 of the author submission (OJS 3.1.1.0)?

Hi,

My OJS version is 3.1.1.0.

I just wanna add a check box like “I’m really sure” or some extra text to the step 4 of the author submission.

Where do i find the right file to edit?

I only found the step1.tpl and step3.tpl

Is there any “step4” file?

this files found en pkp-lib —> lib/pkp/templates/submission/form/
