Could you explain a little further how you’d like to customize this? Please note that changes of this nature would likely require modifications to the OJS codebase and database structure (so making these changes would require skills and knowledge for doing this).

so like this I want to add a telephone number column to the user view to change the view in what part of the source code is that
in the database it can be stored and there are already fields
